HR Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment and labor laws. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and a deep understanding of human capital management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating employee orientation.
• Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design and strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis for workforce planning and succession planning efforts.
• Develop and manage HR programs that align with organizational goals while promoting process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of employee evaluations and performance metrics.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, training & development, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively with strong program management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in budgeting and data collection/analysis to support HR initiatives.
