Responsibilities:
✔ End-to-end recruitment process
✔ HR operations & documentation
✔ Employee onboarding & exit formalities
✔ Attendance & leave management
✔ Performance management support
✔ Policy implementation & compliance

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
✔ Experience in handling a team is a plus
✔ Experience in Training & Development

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
