HR Executive

We are on the lookout for an experience HR Executive holding experience in IT Recruitment and HR day to day operations.

Experience required- 1-1.5 years
Job location- Mohali Phase 8B
5 days working (WFO)
Educational Background- BBA/MBA

Requirements:-

Great communication skills
IT Recruitment through portals (Naukri, LinkedIN, Indeed, etc.)
Drafting emails
Grievance handling
Team management
Employee engagement
File Management
Leave/Attendance/Payroll
Negotiation skills
Ability to successfully screen and shortlist candidates.

Salary- Hike on current/last salary
