Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings through various job portals.
  • Coordinate and conduct both virtual and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Manage the maintenance, verification, and updating of employee documents.
  • Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience of HR Department is required.
  • Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and candidates.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
