Job Description:

Key Responsibilities  Recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified staff.  Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.  Overseeing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.  Developing training and professional development programs.

Promoting workplace discipline, punctuality, and responsible leave management.  Ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and organizational standards.  Hiring the right employees to meet business needs.  Supporting leadership in strategic decision-making related to workforce planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
