HR Executive JD
- Handle recruitment activities and orientation of new joinees.
- Maintain employee records, employee information, leaves, attendance and payroll.
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Handle monthly performance review to analyse the productivity of each employee.
- Handle annual performance appraisal to decide the annual salary increment.
- Manage employee grievance to maintain healthy professional relationship between employees and their reporting managers, without compromising on productivity.
- Assist in routine administrative work.
Qualification and Skills required
- Candidate should be a graduate with 3-4 years of experience in HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Should be good at MS office and internet based tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
