HR Executive

An HR Executive manages a company's Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks like payroll and record-keeping. Key responsibilities involve conducting interviews, implementing HR policies, onboarding new hires, facilitating employee engagement, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal regulations. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills to foster a positive and productive work environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates through various platforms, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, coordinate employee meetings, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, and assist in creating and updating company HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Support the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll processes, administer employee benefits, and oversee attendance records.
  • Training & Development: Organize and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and generate relevant HR reports for management.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and foster a positive company culture.
