HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., forklift operators, service technicians, sales engineers).
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to source candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews with departmental heads.
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Facilitate induction programs and coordinate training schedules.

2. Employee Relations

  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances.
  • Support disciplinary and performance-related discussions.
  • Foster positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manual systems.
  • Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Monitor contract staff and third-party manpower deployments.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, )
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws applicable to field and factory staff

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
