Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., forklift operators, service technicians, sales engineers).
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to source candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and arrange interviews with departmental heads.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate induction programs and coordinate training schedules.
2. Employee Relations
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and grievances.
- Support disciplinary and performance-related discussions.
- Foster positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or manual systems.
- Process attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts team.
- Monitor contract staff and third-party manpower deployments.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, )
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws applicable to field and factory staff

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
