Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, promotions, leaves).
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Support training and development programs and track participation.
  • Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet data.
  • Conduct induction and orientation for new joiners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
