Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (in-hand)

Requirements:

Education: MBA in Human Resources

Experience: Minimum 1 year as HR Executive

Language: Malayalam (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Handle employee relations, attendance, and HR operations

Maintain HR records, payroll support, and compliance

Assist in training & development activities

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances

Skills:

Strong communication skills in Malayalam & English

Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,988.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
