HR Executive

Job Description:

HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Designing and Implementing Employee Engagement Programmes
  • Conducting formal and informal employee satisfaction surveys
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Management.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge and demonstrable understanding with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

· IT literacy, experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

· An understanding of the statutory responsibilities of running a company.

· An understanding of the operation, application, and accountability of Company funds.

· Experience of companies that work in partnership as wellas competition.

· Willing to travel.

· Event organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
