HR Executive

We’re Looking for A Dynamic and Motivated HR Executive to Join Our Growing Team. As an HR Executive, You Will Be the Backbone of Our Human Resources Department, Managing A Wide Range of Responsibilities, From Recruitment and Onboarding to Employee Engagement and Compliance. You’ll Play A Pivotal Role in Shaping Our Workplace Culture and Ensuring A Seamless Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure Smooth Execution of Operations Such as Payroll, Attendance and Benefits

· Manage Esi, Pf and Labor Laws

· Ensure Compliance and Statutory Regulations

· Handle End to End Recruitment Process

· Maintain Hr Records

Preferred Qualification:

· Prior Hr Experience Will Be an Added Advantage, But Freshers Are Welcome

· Degree in Human Resource

· Strong Communication and Organizational Skill
