Job Title: HR Executive/Associate

Location: IDA Bollaram Plant, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive/Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for MBA freshers seeking to begin their career in Human Resources. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop HR skills in a dynamic work environment. One should have some work experience in recruitment, employer branding & trainings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

Sourcing profiles, coordinating with candidates for the interview.

Creating pipelines for the internal recruitment.

• Training Coordination:
• Plan and schedule IT-related training sessions for employees.
• Maintain attendance records for training sessions and ensure completion.
• Additional HR Responsibilities:

Employee engagement, events, conferences, townhall, etc.

Working closely with HR team to bring about cultural & organizational changes.

Qualifications:

• MBA (Human Resources) or equivalent qualification (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication (English, Hindi or Telugu) and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and grow in the HR domain.
