HR Executive

Looking for experienced HR Executive with Min. 1 year of experience.

Day to day task will include:

• Recruitment & Selection - hiring the right fit for the right job
• Onboarding - Smooth onboarding of new joiners
• Performance Management -Ensuring Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Review
• Payroll & Compliances - Monthly attendance, Late marks etc.
• Employee Engagement
• Handling HRMIS system.
• Letter Preparation - Issuing relevant letters as per requirement

Requirement

• Female candidate with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Post graduation in Human Resources.
• Western line candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
