Hiring for HR Executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
- Track leaves, absences, late coming, and overtime using attendance software or manual systems.
- Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
- Excel & Data Management:
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and MIS in Excel.
- Analyze employee data (attendance, leave, recruitment, etc.) for decision-making.
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data accuracy.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command over attendance management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to multitask
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (attendance, recruitment, and Excel reporting).
Salary: 12k to 15k
