HR Executive

Hiring for HR Executive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attendance Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
  • Track leaves, absences, late coming, and overtime using attendance software or manual systems.
  • Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
  • Excel & Data Management:
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, dashboards, and MIS in Excel.
  • Analyze employee data (attendance, leave, recruitment, etc.) for decision-making.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data accuracy.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong command over attendance management systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to multitask

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (attendance, recruitment, and Excel reporting).

Salary: 12k to 15k
