Key Responsibilities:
CRM Lead Distribution & Team Follow-up
- Allocate daily CRM leads to the telecalling team.
- Monitor lead status, follow-up progress, and ensure timely updates in CRM.
- Track and share daily/weekly lead performance reports with management.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Resolve payroll-related queries of staff.
Employee Engagement & Exit Management
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
- Manage resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and maintain proper records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations (freshers with good skills may also apply)
- Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
