Key Responsibilities:

CRM Lead Distribution & Team Follow-up

  • Allocate daily CRM leads to the telecalling team.
  • Monitor lead status, follow-up progress, and ensure timely updates in CRM.
  • Track and share daily/weekly lead performance reports with management.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Maintain attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Resolve payroll-related queries of staff.

Employee Engagement & Exit Management

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities.
  • Manage resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and maintain proper records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations (freshers with good skills may also apply)
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
