Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training arrangements.

2. Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

3. Performance Management:

- Support the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions.

- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

4. HR Administration:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

5. Employee Engagement:

- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, and feedback sessions.

6. Training:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
