HR Executive

ARCAD WORLD COMPUTER is a leading wholesale supplier of IT accessories, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to lead our human resources initiatives and help build a motivated, efficient, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures tailored to a fast-paced wholesale IT business.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and coordinate training programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
• Handle employee relations, mediate conflicts, and guide performance improvement.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and incentives to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support managers in performance management.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management to analyze trends and improve HR practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in wholesale, retail, or IT-related industries.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small dynamic team.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Home-country experience is also acceptable.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
