Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and HR events.
  • Address employee grievances and provide support to maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Payroll & Compliance
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Performance Management
  • Support the appraisal process, set performance goals, and track employee progress.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • HR Administration
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in policy formulation and ensure smooth HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
