HR Executive – Purple Circle

Location: Mohali (On-site) | Type: Full-time

Purple Circle, a fast-growing performance marketing agency, is hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end hiring process (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records & HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement & performance reviews.
• Handle queries related to policies, leaves, and payroll coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR/Business preferred).
• 0–3 years experience in HR/recruitment.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
