- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and face-to-face) and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and hiring best practices.
