Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave records.
Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate performance management and appraisal process.
Maintain HR records and support audits.
Implement HR policies and contribute to employee training & development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliance (mandatory).
Good understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Payroll software.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & skills)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
