Your Role in Our Journey:

As an HR Executive, you will be the heartbeat of our human resources operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exit. Your contributions will help foster a positive workplace culture and support our organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain and meticulously update employee records and databases to ensure data accuracy.

Manage day-to-day HR administrative functions with efficiency and professionalism.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.

Oversee the complete employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and documenting feedback.

Prepare and issue experience and relieving letters with accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with IT and Admin teams to revoke system access and ensure smooth offboarding.

Aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational development.
