HR Executive

We are looking for Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1- Candidate should have experience in IT Recruitment and Generalist Domain.
2- Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.
3- Maintain employee files and records in hard and soft copy.
4- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
5- Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed
6- Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training & development.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Any graduate with flawless English communication skill as well as interpersonal skill.
• Gazing agent profile and checking stability, interpersonal skill.
• Ability to deal with real time work dynamics.

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Human resources management: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
