HR Executive

AYN Manufacturing Company (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Executive to join our professional team.

Location: Kot Abdul Malik Road, Near Mandiali Toll Plaza

Position: HR Executive

Salary Range: Rs. 35,000 – 40,000 (based on experience and skills)

Working Hours: 8 AM – 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.

Handle recruitment processes — shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and prepare HR data and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate between HR and other departments for smooth workflow.

Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in HR Work.

Education: BBA (4 Years) / Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong command of Excel and reporting.
