HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews of shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
