Technical Recruiter (Female Candidate Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female Technical Recruiter to join our HR/Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5–2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, strong knowledge of technical skill sets, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments before forwarding candidates to technical teams.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and provide regular hiring status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1.5 – 2 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
