HR Recruiter

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical, engineering, and back-office positions.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and build a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Draft and publish engaging job postings aligned with company requirements.
  • Handle recruitment reports, metrics, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CHRMP/HR certifications preferred).
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction/engineering or overseas hiring.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
