Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical, engineering, and back-office positions.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and build a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Draft and publish engaging job postings aligned with company requirements.
- Handle recruitment reports, metrics, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CHRMP/HR certifications preferred).
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction/engineering or overseas hiring.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
