Senior Marketing Staff Required

Job Summary

E Network (pvt) Ltd. seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Professional (MBA in Marketing/BBA in Marketing) to lead our marketing department. The candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, driving brand growth, and leading high-performing teams. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and expertise in both digital and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, ensuring productivity, creativity, and professional growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Oversee brand management, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives.
• Plan and manage large-scale digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
• Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on investment.
• Drive innovation by introducing new tools, platforms, and techniques in marketing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/BBA in Marketing or related field from a recognized institution.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM, SEO tools, etc.).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in international/global marketing strategies (preferred).
