Technical Recruiter

Job Description

EvolversTech is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Technical Recruiter ( Male) to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment process for IT roles from sourcing and screening talent to coordinating interviews and finalizing offers. The position calls for a strong understanding of technical positions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Prepare and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Source and attract potential candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against both technical expertise and role-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, online, and in-person).
• Carry out background checks and reference verifications.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
• Extend job offers and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of the hiring pipeline while keeping candidates informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally within the IT sector.
• Good knowledge of technical roles, tools, and current industry trends.
• Practical experience with recruitment tools, platforms, and processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Compensation: Rs 60,000 – Rs 65,000 per month
