Talent Acquistion Executive

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract talent.
  • Ensure timely recruitment while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in non-technical hiring preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring projects under tight deadlines.
