Job Title: HR Generalist (Recruitment)

Location: Onsite – Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000

About the Role
Cordatus Resources Group is looking for an HR Generalist for its client, a financial advisory firm based in Lahore. The role will primarily focus on recruitment and talent acquisition while also providing support across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Support HR operations including employee records management, policy implementation, and compliance.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
• Provide HR support to management in decision-making and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) – 100% proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore and handle a fast-paced professional environment.
