HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer (Compensation & Benefits) to join our dynamic HR team at Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman, Lahore. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible to perform following human resources functions:

Ensure accurate calculation and processing of EOBI & PESSI contributions in line with statutory laws.

Register eligible employees with PESSI and maintain up-to-date records (Joiner, Leaver updates).
Maintain up-to-date employee records for EOBI (registrations, exits, amendments).

Coordinate with payroll personnel to integrate PESSI contributions accurately within finance systems.
Facilitate employee claims for pensions, survivors’ benefits, and other EOBI-related matters.
Facilitate employees with medical/social security benefits and liaise with PESSI offices for claims.

Monitor updates in PESSI rules and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.

Job Specification (Requirements)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in payroll/benefits processing.
Specific knowledge and hands-on experience with EOBI & PESSI compliance is mandatory.

Knowledge & Skills:
Solid understanding of EOBI Act & PESSI laws, Rules, and Contribution System.

Strong understanding of, rules, and contribution system.
Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and financial reconciliations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS/Payroll software.
Analytical mindset with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
