Job Description:
We are looking for a HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and office management while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
·Key Responsibilities
- Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce HR & Admin policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the company.
- Recruitment & Selection: Manage the complete hiring cycle including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, reference checks, onboarding, and induction.
- Performance Management: Administer the PMS by setting and tracking KPIs, conducting probation and annual performance evaluations, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Payroll Management: Maintain attendance and leave records, process monthly payroll, and ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Office & Administration: Oversee office maintenance and general coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaison & Compliance: Coordinate with government departments, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and lead cost-optimization initiatives.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office administration including office upkeep, vendor management, stationery and supplies, courier management, and facility maintenance.
- Record Management: Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of contracts, agreements, and company records.

Experience and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration roles.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Timings:
- 09:00am - 06:00pm (Monday - Friday).
