Office Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Overview

As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department across recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience who are looking to further develop their career in HR within a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination).
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and databases.
  • Support HR reporting and performance management processes.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
