Role and Responsibilities
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment.
Prior experience working in the IT industry is mandatory.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
Source top talent using various recruitment methods such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and headhunting.
Communicate effectively with potential candidates through calls and emails.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Management System (RMS).
Build and maintain relationships with candidates until their joining process is completed.
Possess excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
