Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist/Executive to manage HR operations for our India office. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing the employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career to grow and make a tangible impact.

Job Location - Pune


Key Responsibilities

The following list provides a view of the kinds of activities that you will be undertaking:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement/offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files
  • Perform payroll activities as per requirement.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including insurances, vendor co-ordination and timely renewals.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, promote programs, and handle general HR/admin tasks.
  • Be the regional SPOC for all employee queries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Support recruitment processes, when needed.
