HR Executive

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Executive to build our dream team, nurture our culture, and create a workplace where everyone thrives. This is not just about filling positions - it is about finding the right people and supporting them through their journey.

What You'll Do

Build Our Team:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviews and talent pipeline management
• Design engaging onboarding experiences for new hires

Nurture Our Culture:

• Plan employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Support learning initiatives and cultural programs

Keep Things Smooth:

• Maintain employee records in ClickUp/HR Portal
• Monitor attendance, leaves and performance tracking
• Handle HR documentation (offer letters, relieving letters, appraisals)
• Ensure policy adherence and maintain the HR handbook

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and empathetic with a problem-solving mindset
• Good knowledge of HR tools (Keka, ZOHO People, Google Workspace)
• MBA/PGDM (HR) or graduate with HR knowledge
• 1–3 years of experience (freshers with the right attitude welcome!)
• Experience in digital marketing/creative/IT/startups is a plus
