Hiring Experienced Human Resource Manager- For Panvel

We are seeking a dynamic HR to manage end-to-end hiring for our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and onboarding the right talent, including trainers, staff, and interns, to support our fast-growing operations.

• Salary - 22000 - 25000 monthly
• Location Panvel
• Immediate joiners preffered

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional networks.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews to offer rollouts and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Process Documents, Payroll, Salary negotiation, Exit policy.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in the IT/education sector).
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
