We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent aligned with the organization’s needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (experience in [insert domain, e.g., tech / sales / operations] hiring preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
