Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
- Manage candidate communication, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding of employees working under federal projects, ensuring compliance with security clearance and documentation requirements.
- Maintain applicant tracking records and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Utilize HRIS for HR operations, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance management.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
- Support offboarding, exit interviews, and clearance formalities.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, virtual events, and recognition initiatives.
- Conduct employee evaluations every six months to provide structured performance feedback and identify areas for development.
- Draft HR communications, newsletters, and policy updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine employee queries and feedback.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and federal contracting requirements (OFCCP, EEO, DoD, and other federal compliance standards).
- Help prepare HR reports, audit data, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist in policy rollouts, HR audits, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with teams supporting U.S. Federal agencies, ensuring HR processes align with client-specific compliance and documentation expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
- Experience onboarding employees with security clearances or federal project requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS or similar HR systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and federal compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for IT or engineering roles.
- Exposure to federal contracting environments or collaboration with U.S. Federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS, HHS, or similar).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
