HR Executive

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for workers, staff, and management positions.
  • Prepare and post job openings on various portals and coordinate with consultants.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Handle joining formalities, issue offer/appointment letters, and maintain employee files.
  • Conduct induction programs for new hires.
  • Monitor daily attendance of employees through biometric or manual registers.
  • Maintain shift schedules and ensure proper overtime recording.
  • Verify and process attendance reports for payroll.
  • Handle leave applications and update leave balances regularly.
  • Coordinate with department heads for attendance discrepancies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
