Job Description – HR Executive (Productivity Monitoring)

Position Title: HR Executive – Productivity Monitoring
Department: Human Resources
Location: cheranalloor
Reporting To: HR Manager / DGM

Salary : Rs 15000- RS 25000/-

Role Summary

The HR Executive – Productivity Monitoring will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and improving workforce productivity across the organization. This role involves developing performance monitoring systems, maintaining accurate productivity data, supporting managers with insights, and ensuring that employee efficiency aligns with organizational goals. The position also requires close coordination with department heads to identify productivity gaps, recommend solutions, and implement improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Productivity Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and record employee productivity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and productivity scorecards.
  • Prepare productivity analysis reports for management review.
  • Performance Metrics & Analysis
  • Work with managers to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and productivity benchmarks for different roles.
  • Conduct variance analysis to highlight underperformance or overutilization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving workforce efficiency.
  • Attendance & Time Management
  • Monitor attendance, working hours, overtime, and break utilization through HRMS/attendance systems.
  • Analyze patterns of absenteeism and time wastage affecting productivity.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify gaps in processes that impact employee efficiency.
  • Recommend corrective actions and assist in implementation of best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to productivity policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Support employees in achieving productivity goals by providing guidance and feedback.
  • Assist in training programs related to time management, efficiency, and performance improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding productivity expectations.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate with line managers, supervisors, and team leaders to review performance data.
  • Support HR and management in designing performance-linked incentives and recognition programs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and productivity monitoring software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to reporting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, workforce productivity monitoring, or performance management.
  • Experience in HRMS/attendance management software preferred.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of productivity reports.
  • Improvement in employee productivity levels over time.
  • Reduction in absenteeism and unproductive hours.
  • Effectiveness of recommendations implemented for process improvements.
  • Manager and employee satisfaction with productivity monitoring support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
