HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Rhosigma Engineering and Automation, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.

Assisting in payroll processing and attendance management.

Coordinating training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Supporting management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Additional Information:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office tools.
