Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews.
• Onboard new employees, manage documentation, and organize induction processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, leave management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure HR compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in HR or related role.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, basic payroll & compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and good at maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
