Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
· Manage new joinee onboarding and ensure smooth integration of employees into the organization
· Conduct induction programs for new employees
· Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records accurately
· Support in performance appraisal processes and related documentation
· Organize and conduct employee engagement and HR activities
· Plan and organize training programs for employees, including both technical and soft skills development
· Maintain HR databases, employee files, and ensure compliance with company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
