HR Executive

* Determining the manpower requirement for the dealership by location/role and function.

* Searching candidates through various sources(Employee reference,Job portals,Consultancies,Dealer poaching, campus drive)

* Schedule Interview for the candidates with HR/ concerned HOD

* Taken reference check of the shortlisted candidates

* Verify previous employers Salary slips(last 2 months salary slip) and salary negotiation

* Conducting induction for new joiners

* Employee grievance

* Weekly branch visit ( Ernakulam only )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Experience:

• HR: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
