Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Gota, AhmedabadIndustry: Real EstateExperience: 2-3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in key HR functions such as PF, ESIC, Leave Management, Salary Processing, and Attendance Management. Knowledge of Real Estate Contracts and handling Joining Formalities is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PF & ESIC Management: Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) registration, contribution, and compliance.
  • Leave Management: Maintain and track employee leave records, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Salary Processing: Oversee monthly salary processing, ensuring accurate calculations of gross salary, deductions, bonuses, and other allowances.
  • Attendance Management: Ensure proper attendance tracking and resolve any discrepancies related to employee attendance and working hours.
  • Real Estate Contracts: Have a strong understanding of contracts in the real estate industry, and handle contract-related HR tasks and documentation.
  • Joining Formalities: Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and ensuring smooth integration of new employees into the company.
  • Employee Queries: Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, leave, salary, and other HR-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices are in compliance with legal and company policies, including labor laws, PF, and ESIC regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, Leave Management, Salary Processing, and Attendance Management.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Contracts and related HR requirements.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR software for payroll and attendance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws in the real estate sector.

Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Grievances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
