HR Executive

We are hiring for HR Executive !!!

Location : Pawne, Koparkhairne - Navi Mumbai

Qualification Required : Graduate / Post graduate with HR specialisation

Experience required : 2+ years as HR generalist

Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles (workers, staff, engineers, etc.)
• Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime records. l Prepare inputs for payroll processing.
• Address employee grievances and coordinate with supervisors for resolution.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and factory acts
• Maintain statutory registers and records (PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads
• Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and performance reviews
• Maintain employee files, HRMIS data, and HR dashboards

Skills to have :

• Proven experience in Human resource management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
