HR Executive

Edappal, India

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment process— sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

* Assist in statutory compliance activities including Employees' Provident Fund Organization (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).

* Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

* Support in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.

* Assist in handling attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.

* Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and internal events.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

* Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.

* Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Required Skills:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Preferred languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi.

* Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).

* Excellent people management skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred).

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.

*Qualification:*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year in HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
